Essential spice blend No. 1

La pincée is the brainchild of two creatives, Catherine de Gongre and François Maisonneuve, who started dreaming by adding their own grain of salt. Since 2012, they have developed a nose for and expertise in developing original and delicious spice blends in their own image. What’s their secret recipe? The magic that comes from textures, flavours, colours and wonderful combinations. The founders leave nothing to chance, meticulously curating every ingredient and their origins-preferably local. The finesse, balance, and eye for aesthetics that they leverage for each of their creations means everyone can easily make them their own and dive into a world where they can do anything their heart desires!
