Jun Takahashi created Undercover while studying at Tokyo’s Bunka fashion school in 1990. The label’s aesthetic showcases a composite streetwear style with constant stylistic duality, consistently underscored by its creator’s rebellious spirit. Quintessential Japanese utilitarianism is thus transformed through Takahashi’s vision, combining with eccentric flair drawn from countless cultural references enriching Undercover lines, establishing chic-casual ready-to-wear designs with an infinitely rich iconography.
